This notice explains what Tenmilly does with personal information.

If you sign up on this website

We collect your name, garage name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us. We use it only to set up your account and to contact you about Tenmilly. We don't sell it or pass it to anyone else for marketing. If you don't become a customer, we delete it after 12 months.

If a garage sent you a link

The garage looking after your vehicle uses Tenmilly to show you the work it recommends. The garage decides what information is recorded (your name, phone number, registration, and videos and photos of the vehicle) and is responsible for it. Tenmilly stores it securely for them in the UK, keeps each garage's information separate, and deletes customer details 24 months after the job ends. Your link works for 7 days and shows only your vehicle.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work (for example, to keep staff logged in and to protect forms). There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email robinwalterhowarth@gmail.com. If a garage sent you a link, you can also ask the garage directly. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
